High Season (April-September & Public and bank Holidays)	£500.00/week

	The tenant will use the accommodation for private residential holiday purposes only and will not sub-let the accommodation. The tenant will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any breakages, loss or damage and shall leave the property in a clean neat and tidy condition. No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors or any person living or working on Castlemount Farm for any loss, damage or injury to the person or property (including vehicles, accessories and contents) whilst within the confines of Castlemount Farm or whilst the tenant or any member of his party is engaged in any activity, or any illness arising from and cause whatsoever. If the tenant requires to cancel a reservation for any reason he must notify the proprietors by telephone and confirm the cancellation in writing. The proprietors will then attempt to find an alternative tenant for the accommodation but if they are unsuccessful then the tenant will not be entitled to refund of any deposit paid. In the event that a tenant cancels within twenty eight days of the commencement date of the holiday, the tenant will be responsible for the full cost of the let for the reserved period of the tenancy unless the proprietors are able of find a substitute tenant, in which case a refund, less expenses, of any unexpired portion of the let will be made to the canceling tenant. MINORS Booking cannot be accepted from persons under eighteen years of age. ANIMALS Although we welcome dogs (an outside kennel and run is available) they must be kept under control at all times. Castlemount Farm is a working farm and animals, including Sheep, may be in the vicinity of the accommodation. The proprietors believe that the information shown on this web site is correct but they cannot accept any responsibility for any errors therein. AVAILABILITY The booking is made in good faith in the belief that the accommodation will be placed at the disposal of the tenant on the date stated. if for any reason this is not possible through circumstances not under the control of the proprietor, the proprietor cannot guarantee to provide an alternative. In such an event the deposit will be refunded in full but the tenant will have no claim against the proprietor or agent. To allow for a continuing policy of improvement, the proprietors reserve the right to alter or amend the amenities or facilities available at Castlemount House.
